Victor M. Diaz – Architectural and Construction Consultant
Victor M. Diaz is a seasoned consultant with over two decades of experience in the architecture and construction industries. He has worked with numerous high-profile firms, providing specialized services in residential construction, custom woodwork, and project coordination. Since 2012, Victor has served as a consultant for DeMaria Design in Los Angeles, where he manages permit processing, project coordination, and architectural services for new residential constructions.
Victor's extensive career includes roles with Pacific Empire Builder Inc., where he coordinated hotel renovation projects, and Manorhouse Carpentry Inc., where he provided custom woodwork solutions for high-end residential mansions in areas like Venice, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills. His craftsmanship and attention to detail have earned him a stellar reputation, particularly in high-end custom carpentry projects throughout Southern California.
Educated at Belmont High School and Los Angeles Trade Tech, where he studied social work, Victor brings a diverse skill set to his projects. His proficiency in architectural and structural drawings, construction methods, and project supervision ensures successful project delivery. He is highly skilled in collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction specialists, and excels in navigating city planning, building departments, and on-site challenges.
Victor is also committed to community outreach, having volunteered as a visiting lecturer at Alexander Science School and Palms Elementary School in Perris, CA. He is passionate about alternative housing solutions, particularly in the use of steel-structured ISO cargo containers, and has presented his innovative ideas to city councils and county boards.
Victor is fluent in both English and Spanish and continues to contribute to the development of sustainable, community-oriented housing projects.
